Orders & Payments
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Our system begins processing orders quickly after checkout, so we’re generally unable to modify the address, shipping method, or contents once submitted. If you need help, contact info@clarasena.com. If an order can’t be changed, you can still start a return after delivery (see Returns).
Promotional Terms & Conditions
- Sale items and products marked “final sale” are not returnable.
- Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined; one code per order.
- Some exclusions may apply (subscription or limited releases, if any).
Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (as shown at checkout).
- PayPal: You can pay with PayPal using their supported funding methods—even without a PayPal account via guest checkout, where available.
- Store Credit / Codes: If you have a store credit or coupon code, apply it at checkout.
Order Verification
In some cases we may request additional verification (e.g., billing–shipping mismatch, IP/location irregularities, or other fraud signals). This protects you and your payment method. If verification is needed, we’ll contact you promptly to minimize delays.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax where required by law. The exact amount, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current regulations.
Currency
All prices are shown in USD. For international customers, PayPal is often the smoothest option for foreign cards and currency conversion.
Shipping & Delivery
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping rates depend on destination, item(s), weight/size, and speed. You’ll see live options and pricing at checkout. If a free-shipping threshold or promotions are active, they’ll be displayed on site and applied automatically when eligible.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing (picking, packing) before transit. Large or delicate items may require extra packing time. During peak periods, processing can take longer—we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
How long will delivery take?
- Domestic (US): Typical transit is ~2–7 business days depending on carrier/service. Ground shipping can take up to 7–14 business days.
- Expedited: Options shown at checkout (approx. 1–5 business days based on the service selected).
- International: Transit can take up to 4–6 weeks depending on carrier, destination, and customs processing.
- Business days exclude weekends/holidays.
Why is my order taking longer than usual?
After pickup by the carrier, delivery timing is influenced by carrier networks, weather, customs (for international), and operational delays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking—please monitor it for the most current scans.
My order shows “Label Created.” What does that mean?
It means the label is generated and the package has been tendered to the carrier, but the next scan hasn’t posted yet. Please allow 10–14 business days for the first movement scan during busy periods. If there’s no update after that window, contact info@clarasena.com.
Tracking says “Returned to Sender.” What now?
This usually indicates an addressing or delivery issue. When the parcel returns to our warehouse, email us within 30 days to reclaim the items and arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply). Unclaimed items after 30 days may be restocked.
International Orders
International shipping costs vary by destination, weight/size, and speed (shown at checkout). Recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and fees assessed by customs. Parcels may require pickup or clearance at a local facility—please watch your tracking and local notices.
Returns
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied. Unless marked “final sale,” most bracelets, necklaces, and select crystals are returnable within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Items on sale or marked “final sale,” earrings, bath/body products, mists/sprays, candles, and clearing tools (e.g., sage, incense, resins) are not eligible for return.
Holiday window (if offered): You may extend the return deadline for orders placed during a holiday period. Update this line if you run a seasonal extension.
How do I start a return?
- Log in to your account at clarase.com and open the order.
- Click Request Return (if available) or email info@clarasena.com.
- Complete the prompts. Our team will review and approve/decline per policy.
- If approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return label (where applicable).
When do I need to ship the return?
Once approved, please ship the merchandise within the original 30-day window from delivery. Late returns may be declined.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping fees are not refundable. For expedited services, carrier fees are nonrefundable once shipped.
Is there a restocking fee?
Orders of $200+ may incur a 10% restocking fee. If you believe your situation is exempt (e.g., carrier damage), contact us and we’ll review.
If something’s wrong with your item, please tell us—we’ll do our best to make it right.
Warranty
We offer a 90-day jewelry warranty for production defects: one-time replacement of the same piece (or equivalent value if out of stock). Email a photo and order number to info@clarasena.com within 90 days. Replacements typically ship within 7–10 business days after approval.
Damaged Items
Please report shipping damage to customer service within 14 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
Refunds
After your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing at our facility; bank/issuer timelines vary before funds appear on your statement.

How do I choose a crystal?
Crystal work is personal. Quiet the mind, hold a stone, and think of your intention. Notice sensations (warmth, calm, pulse)—they’re cues you’re aligned with that stone.

First, cleanse your crystal. Then set your intention. After that, explore the many ways to work with it.
How to cleanse crystals
- Rinse under clean water (if the mineral tolerates water), then place under sun or moon for a few hours.
- Use sacred smoke (e.g., sage or frankincense on charcoal) to clear energy.
- Play high-vibration music/mantras nearby.
How to set an intention
Intentions invite specific energy or goals into your life—daily or long-term. Hold your crystal, speak or think the intention, and revisit it regularly.
How to use a healing crystal
- Meditate while holding your stone.
- Create a crystal grid or sacred space.
- Carry it in a pocket/pouch.
- Place stones on body energy points.
- Use crystals as home décor to promote positive energy.
“My crystals aren’t working.”
Crystals amplify the energy you bring. Set and revisit intentions, cleanse regularly, and stay open to unexpected paths (the result may come differently than imagined). Emotional releases can be part of moving energetic blocks—be patient and present.

Start with one crystal for ~10 days, then layer others so you can clearly feel what each adds.
The energy of aura-treated crystals
Heat-treating quartz with precious metals (e.g., platinum, gold) creates vivid “aura” finishes that combine the properties of quartz with the metal’s energetic signature.

Custom jewelry designs
We don’t offer custom designs at this time.
Custom bracelet sizes
We currently don’t offer custom bracelet sizing.
How to find the right jewelry size
- Necklaces: Common lengths—women 18", men 21.5" (varies by style).
- Bracelets: Common sizes—women 7.5", men 8".
- Use a string around your wrist/neck to find a comfortable fit, measure it, then select the closest size.
- Single-stone bracelet bead counts vary slightly by size due to natural materials.
Wearing jewelry in water
We don’t recommend wearing crystal jewelry in water. Repeated exposure can weaken stringing materials and finishes over time.
Wearing more than one piece
Build gradually: wear one piece for ~10 days to feel its effect, then add another to notice the difference.
How to cleanse jewelry
- Rest on the soil/branches of a healthy houseplant (24h).
- Place under sun or full moon (≥4h), if the stones tolerate light.
- Use sage or palo santo smoke until the piece feels “still.”
- Lay on selenite or clear quartz (≥6h).
